Requirements

  • Prior experience (5 years +) in retail, marketing, sales or customer service
  • No experience in the jewelry industry is necessary, we will train you!
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage customers and provide an exceptional level of service
  • High level of energy and motivation
  • Positive Attitude, Hard Working, Well-Spoken, Reliable and Professional
  • Must have your own car/reliable transportation
  • Computer Literate - Basic Microsoft Office or Google Docs experience
  • Bilingual skills a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Engaging customers in conversation to explain our services
  • Weighing and testing jewelry pieces to determine their cash value
  • Providing payment to the customer in exchange for their unwanted gold, silver and platinum
  • Assisting in the daily operation of the store

Store Business Hours:
9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri
11:00am-5:00pm Sat-Sun

You MUST be able to work a minimum of four week days and one weekend day per week.
